Reef were expanding. Launching a whole new suit collection and on-site service in the heart of Hartlepool. Diving into a new field always brings risks; creating awareness of the new line would be crucial, alerting both old and new customers to the expansion of services and products available.
With marketing structures already in place, REEF needed content to grow this awareness. Through a series of meetings we outlined a plan of action to generate the most engagement around new services through the social media platforms. Upon installation of the new retail floor, we would create an array of marketing assets to drive customers to a new, updated website hosting both their new products and current services.
