Reef were expanding. Launching a whole new suit collection and on-site service in the heart of Hartlepool. Diving into a new field always brings risks; creating awareness of the new line would be crucial, alerting both old and new customers to the expansion of services and products available. 

With marketing structures already in place, REEF needed content to grow this awareness. Through a series of meetings we outlined a plan of action to generate the most engagement around new services through the social media platforms. Upon installation of the new retail floor, we would create an array of marketing assets to drive customers to a new, updated website hosting both their new products and current services.

We broke up the content into series. Reef doesn't just offer suits but it offers custom fittings by appointment. This process is a great service and just the kind of customer care perfect for social media engagement. To fill in the gaps we collected content of the new retail floor and matched the edit to the theme of the store.



Like the photography, the video was designed to break up into chunks. Having a strong flow of content used for new offers and promoting the services. The video highlights a series of new suits and the newly furnished retail section of the store. The content was all about engagement and REEF saw some amazing success. The video post generated a 711% increase in engagement across social media channels.


REEF had a great new retail space but a website that was outdated, having no mobile friendly application. We designed a new website from scratch. This needed to match the complete array of services REEF offered and not just their suit section. The online store was built to accommodate both areas, integrating both a booking system to try on the new products and supporting mobile friendly shopping. Visit the website here
